Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup melted butter or neutral oil
  • 1 cup kefir
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch sheet pan or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, beat sugar, eggs, butter, kefir, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing gently until combined.
  • Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool completely before decorating or serving.
